A play-based approach to children's learning and development is the basis for our program planning and delivery of activities. Children use play to explore their environment, understand and make sense of their feelings, and develop their social skills among their peers.Our curriculum is guided by “How Does Learning Happen”, Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years.

Learning Stories
​
Your child should receive one learning story per week. This is a sheet posted above his/her cubby which documents their learning throughout the week. There will also be references to the ELECT - Early Learning for Every Child Today domains within the document, please ask RECEs or Supevisors for more information.

We offer full time care for children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm.
​
We are licensed to provide full time care for 97 children which includes 16 infants (3 months to 18 months) 35 toddlers (18 months to 30 months) and 40 preschool children (31 months to 44 months).

Summer care is also available!

Our programs strive to deliver high quality childcare that embraces the individuality and diversity of each child and family that we serve in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our nutritious menus are reviewed by a nutritionist, and run on a 6 week cycle. Changes are noted outside the kitchen. THere are two menus for summer and winter.
