Register Your Child Today

You can download a copy of our registration and fill it out along with your up to date child's immunization record, and doctor's sign off sheet.  Once complete you can drop if off at any center or email a copy as well. 

Please provide supervisor's ample time to enroll your child as there is often a wait list especially for infants, and in Kawehnoke / Kanatakon and we want to avoid disappointment.  Check back often with supervisors.

Orientation is staggered to ease with transition, first visit with parents (1-2hours), second day is a half day without parents, and third day and onward is a full day.

For clients returning for  summer care please fill out the registration form again and submit.
